Western Victoria PHN is often invited to collaborate on research projects relevant to primary health care in the western Victoria region and consistent with our priorities.

Here you will find opportunities for your general practice and all healthcare providers to interact for the purpose of research and learning.

Have your say on the future of workforce and digital health in western Victoria

Primary health care professionals are invited to share their ideas and experiences in a short online survey that will help inform the future of workforce and digital health in our region.

Recent workforce reports from Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) commissioned programs and general practices highlight the challenges faced by primary care providers in rural areas, primarily concerning workforce recruitment and retention.

Feedback shared via this survey will form the initial stage of a co-design process to develop WVPHN's Workforce Strategy, helping us identify actions and activities to support the current workforce and attract the future workforce to primary care in western Victoria.

The survey will also help to guide WVPHN’s Digital Health and Engagement Strategy, focused on identifying the current and future needs of digital health and digital literacy in western Victoria and how WVPHN can support these transitions.
