The Practice Connect Help Desk is a five day a week service for your practice to access when you are needing support for general queries and resources or need to troubleshoot a particular challenge.

The Help Desk is open from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm each weekday by Practice Facilitator staff and you can access via the form below or by calling 1300 176 271.  You can also send a message to QI@westvicphn.com.au.

Responses to this form will be accessed by the Practice Facilitation team and other key staff to allow WVPHN to provide you support in relation to your request.
