Practice Leadership Advantage
Practice Leadership Advantage Program is a clinical and business leadership training program for general practice.
- Are there things you want to do differently in your practice?
- How do you drive clinical change and quality improvement?
- How do you motivate your teams and colleagues?
The program includes three full-day workshops, at least three hours of one-on-one mentoring sessions per practice, and the provision of quality workbooks and resources.
This funded program is available for 20 general practices in the WVPHN region. EOI closing 19 April, further information here.
