From July 1, Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) will be partnering with highly experienced health care agencies to deliver improved mental health and alcohol and other drugs (AOD) services across western Victoria. Called Step Thru Care,

Step Thru Care is not and should not be the default option for GPs to refer to for all clients requiring AOD/MH services. It is just one service option.
There is eligibility requirements and priority groups for which access will be prioritised.
