Have your say on the Draft framework.

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care is seeking feedback from health care professionals working in the acute, primary or aged care sectors on its Draft Medication Management at Transitions of Care Stewardship Framework.

The Framework outlines key elements that hospitals, in consultation with primary care teams, can steward to improve coordinated medication management at transitions of care.

An online survey is available until Sunday, 27 October.
